We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are. --Anais Nin
This year we will examine history, literature, art, and science through various lenses to better understand who we are and what we are seeing. We hope that through reading, writing, sharing, and creating, students will widen their lenses to deepen their world view, develop empathy, and practice self reflection.
Students will receive the anchor text, Refugee by Alan Grantz, before the end of the school year and should read it before July 8. We will venture off campus at least twice to a UMass Boston and another location. The dates will be posted soon.
